Customer Background

The Guangdong client is a large domestic listed group in the building materials and home furnishing industry. Its business covers pipelines, building materials and home furnishings, environmental protection, new energy, supply chain service platforms and other sectors. Its products involve pipelines, photovoltaic new energy, plumbing and sanitary ware, integrated kitchens, integrated doors and windows and many other fields.

Project Introduction

Customer pain point:
During the cold heading process, the wire drawing powder on the wire falls into the cold heading oil. As time goes by, the cold heading oil becomes seriously contaminated, causing the failure rate of the cold heading machine equipment to increase. The previous solution was that the oil needed to be replaced regularly, so the replacement cost of the oil in the production cost was relatively high.


Solution:
We purchased 8 FY1500 equipments and applied them to the oil tanks of the cold heading processing workshop, which reduced the viscosity and sludge content of the cold heading oil.
