And strictly follow standard operating procedures, and conduct comprehensive inspections on each batch of products to ensure they are delivered to customers.
Qualified Raw Materials
Before production, we always conduct a 100% comprehensive inspection of raw materials, production tools, and equipment to check whether all raw materials are qualified and calibrate all instruments to ensure that all preparations are ready.

Strict Finished Product Inspection
After production, we will carry out strict quality inspection on all finished products to ensure all products are qualified before delivery to our customers.
Dimensional testing. Test the overall size, hole spacing size, matching size, hole depth size, etc. after welding.
Appearance testing. Test weld scars, welds, missed welds, virtual welds, polish flatness, and check for deformation.
Shake test. Drum shaking test, frame shaking test, electrical box shaking test, concentricity test.
Dynamic balance test. Overall balance test of centrifuge equipment. Ensure it is within 0.1g.
Scientific After-Sales Processing
Every time we receive customer complaints about quality, we will reply within 24 hours and put forward effective respond measures within 5 days. In addition, we will dig further to find out the root cause why this happen, draw lessons from this case, formulate normative documents and carry out employee training to prevent such cases from happening.
