Jiangsu Steel Pipe Processing Cold Rolling Oil Residue Removal Project mainly produces and sells high-end bearing steel pipes, seamless steel pipes, high-precision welded pipes, alloy pipes for automobiles, titanium ingots, titanium and titanium alloy pipes, high-precision thin-walled pipes for refrigerator condensers, etc. The company's production line has 28 rolling mills in the cold rolling process of bearing steel pipes and titanium pipes. Our company customized a centralized oil supply system for it and configured two FY-1500 devices to filter rolling mill oil.

Project Introduction

Customer pain points:
After the rolling mill oil has been used for a long time, the oil has too many impurities and the oil viscosity increases. When the temperature drops in winter, the fluidity of the oil becomes worse, which affects the centralized oil supply system. The surface of the rolled steel pipe will be relatively dirty, and the rolling mill oil carried away by the inner and outer holes of the steel pipe will also increase. The subsequent cleaning process is also difficult to clean.


Solution:
After the site, we learned that the use of our FY-1500 fully automatic slag centrifuge can filter out most of the impurities in the oil, reduce the viscosity of the oil, improve the cleanliness of the inner and outer holes of the steel pipe, reduce oil loss, and reduce the difficulty of subsequent cleaning.
